Rebate Program

Our rebate program is designed to reward customers who partner with us more deeply. By offering increasing rebates based on total spend, we recognise and reinvest in those who rely on our service at scale. The more you use our linen solutions, the more value you receive back. It’s our way of saying thank you for growing with us.

How the Rebate is Paid

Rebates are calculated and paid quarterly in arrears based on the total spend within each quarter. Once calculated, the rebate amount is applied as a credit to your account, which can be used toward future invoices. This approach ensures consistent value throughout the year and directly reduces your ongoing linen costs.

How the Rebate is Paid (National Accounts)

For national supply arrangements, rebates are calculated quarterly in arrears based on total linen rental spend for all participating accounts. The total rebate amount is paid as a flat rebate credit directly to the account where the spend occurred.

Why Our Rebate Program Exists

Terms and Conditions

  • Where and within any Rebate Calculation Period, the Customer’s total purchases and amounts paid (excluding GST) fall within the Quarterly Purchase Range set out in the table above, the Customer will be entitled to the corresponding Rebate.

  • The Rebate will be credited by SPL within thirty (30) days from the end of the relevant Rebate Calculation Period.

  • The Customer acknowledges that the eligibility for a Rebate is subject to the Customer having complied with all the terms and conditions and any direction by SPL within the Rebate Calculation Period.

  • SPL reserve the right to exclude a member for rebated based on linen usage behaviour.

  • Spend totals for rebate calculations excludes invoices for linen loss and transport costs.
