Recovered Items Policy
Clothing
To minimise landfill waste, unclaimed clothing items are held for 30 days before being donated to local organisations supporting those in need.
IDs
For privacy reasons, we do not photograph or publish identification documents online. All IDs are held securely for 30 days before safe disposal.
Wallets/Purses
To help prevent potential fraud, wallets and purses alike are not photographed or displayed online. These items are securely held for 30 days before being responsibly handled.
Credit/Debit Cards
For security reasons, any standalone credit or debit cards will be securely destroyed upon discovery. We recommend requesting a new card from your bank or card provider.
Phones & Electronics
To prevent potential fraud, phones and other electronic devices are not photographed or listed on our website. These items are securely held for 30 days before being responsibly recycled if unclaimed.
Plush Toys, Personal Pillows & Blankets
We understand how meaningful a beloved toy or comfort item can be - especially for children. We make every effort to reunite these cherished items with their owners. These items are held for 30 days before being thoughtfully donated or responsibly discarded if not claimed.
