Soiled Returns

Collection Hubs

Our collection hubs are a seamless way to collect & return linen at your convenience.

To ensure same day scanning of your linen, Soiled Returns must be made prior to 12 noon Mon - Fri. Any soiled returned after this time will be scanned in the following day.

Note: Soiled return scanning does not occur on Saturday and Sunday when returned to a collection hub.

Available for customers who receive a Delivery. Soiled returns can be made at the time of your fresh linen delivery.

There may be times when you require a soiled only collection. This can be booked using your online ordering profile. Check out the guide on how to book a soiled only collection.

Order Cut Off Times

Victoria

  • Click & Collect

    12 noon the day prior to collection. Monday to Saturday.

    Deliver

    Please place orders at least two days in advance (before 12 noon).

    Example: if you require delivery on Wednesday submit your order by Monday before 12 noon.
