STEP 1
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Register for your account below - takes less than 10 minutes.

STEP 2
ACCOUNT SET UP

Receive confirmation via email
when your account is set up in our system.

Allow between 24 - 48 hours Mon-Fri.

STEP 3
WELCOME: GETTING STARTED

Receive a welcome onboarding email from our team with details about getting started.

Accessing the Hub:

Receive via email your personal access code to enter/exit the Hub for collections and returns.

Online Ordering:

Receive via email an invitation to our online ordering portal Bundle Connect - once accepted, you will be able to start ordering.

CLICK & COLLECT/DELIVER

STEP 4

PERSONAL ONBOARDING

PLACING ORDERS

  • Place your first order and select your collection/delivery day

  • Order cut off times available via your online help centre Into the Fold.

  • Receive email confirmation when you order is on its way to your location / selected Hub.

SELF-SERVE

COLLECTING/RETURNING LINEN

  • Head to the Hub when you need linen and use your access code to enter.

  • Place all linen on the foyer counter for scanning onto your account before exiting

  • Returning Linen:

    Use your access code to open the soiled returns chute and pop your linen inside.

STEP 5
ONGOING

Access everything you need to manage your account via our Linen Hub Online Help Centre.

Invoicing:

Weekly invoices received each Tuesday for the previous week.

Reporting:

Weekly reporting issued via email each Tuesday for the previous week.
