Australian Housekeeping Week Giveaway 2023

Terms and Conditions for SPL Holdings (Australia) Pty Ltd (SPL) LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram Giveaway Contest as of 8 September 2023.  

Eligibility: The giveaway contest is open to participants who meet the following criteria:  

Reside in Australia.  

Are 18 years of age or older. 

Are not employees of SPL or their affiliates, nor members of their immediate families or households. 

Are eligible current SPL Customers. Excludes daily hire customers.

Entry: To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the contest post on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. Entry requirements may include, sharing, following, or tagging. Entries complete, accurate, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified. 

Duration: The giveaway contest starts on 8/09/23 and ends on 17/09/23 at 6PM AEST. Only entries submitted before the deadline will be considered. 

Prize: The winner will receive a $3,000 credited towards their account in the last week of September. The prize, as defined in the terms, is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. SPL reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of equal or lesser value. 

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by the deadline. The winner will be notified by LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram direct message within 1 days after the deadline. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, another winner will be selected. 

Publicity: By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow SPL to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation. 

Liability: SPL is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless SPL and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. 

Governing Law: The giveaway contest and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of Victoria, Australia. 

Modification: SPL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest without notice. SPL also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice. 

By participating in the giveaway contest, participants agree to be governed by these terms and conditions, as defined by SPL.
