At Linen Hub, we’re committed to delivering high-quality linen to support your business. While we operate to rigorous commercial laundry standards, we recognise that 100% perfection isn't always possible - so we’re taking steps to lift our quality even further.
We’re currently implementing new quality control processes across our Linen Hub service, including additional inspection points and improved reject handling. These changes are designed to reduce quality issues and keep your business running smoothly.
Here’s how you can help support your own operations:
1. Take a few extras
Packing a few additional items with each order gives you peace of mind—without adding much to your overall cost.
2. Swap it on the spot
If you're using our self-serve mobile Linen Hubs, simply swap any unsuitable item on the spot and use a reject linen bag to return the reject into the soiled area.
3. Submit a reject linen request via your Customer Resource Portal - Into the Fold
Lodge your reject linen claim here. We'll credit you the pick-up price plus three days’ rental for any approved reject item.
4. Remove and return
Take anything out of circulation and return it in a reject linen bag. We're rolling out reject linen bags to the mobile hubs in the coming weeks to make this even easier alongside of the ability to process a reject return on the spot. For Click & Collect / Deliver customer you can order Reject bags via your online portal or keep aside and let us know when you return.
